All documentation was put in a standard ECCO binder using threaded posts. Notebooks would work OK but the binder has some advantages:
- The binder takes up less room than a notebook and is much easier to file on a shelf.
- To remove a reference takes some effort. References filed in a notebook are easy to remove and sometimes don't get put back or are put back in the wrong place.
